  • Free use of the website by renters was considered a must. This creates a "renter's market" where the renter can preview if the property in question is good enough for themselves.
  • Low pricing was also key, keeping the single property owner in mind. With listings as cheap as 28 cents per day, no one knew advertising their rental could be so easy.
  • Complete property management is also included, with property managers able to change the status of their property from active to pending to rented.

I have lived in the East Lansing area for over 18 years and have had many years of experience working with the internet. One of my interests is the housing market in East Lansing, the reason for the creation of this site.
